Preparing your home
When we get started, I will give you a home preparation checklist, this will go over everything to help get your home ready for the next step.

Marketing your home
While we are getting your home ready to go on the market, I will be creating your marketing plan. This includes determining home price, which areas to send mailers, and planning open house days.

Offer received
Once we have a buyer who has decided they want to buy your home, I will go over the offer with you and explain what they are requesting. No offer is the same so making sure you are aware of what the buyer is requesting you can make a clear decision

To get your home market ready, I offer cleanings, photography, digital staging, in house staging, a printed home portfolio and more.

Listing your home
Your home is listed, now we will make sure we have clear communication on showings and availability. I will also make sure you have a pre-showing checklist so you can feel more prepared.

Escrow process
In the escrow process, there are alot of moving parts. Buyers are doing their inspections, appraisal and loan approval. Its a waiting game for us, but I will be in communication the whole time, making sure you know what is going on.
