What to expect when working with me
I enjoy working with buyers because I get to help them find a home that they can have pride of ownership in. Not every situation is the same so I really try to personalize each

Initial meeting
After we first get introduced, whether through a referral of another agent, lender, friend or family member or just through your online searching. I will have you answer a few questions that will help me best get a plan of action going.

Home Search
Once we have your lender approval letter, we can start searching for houses! I will use the lender information as well as your criteria for homes to narrow down all the available homes.

Offer Accepted!
Once your offer is accepted, we hit the ground running! We order inspections which I will be at every inspection, have appraisal ordered, lender does their job to fund the loan and we get all the paperwork done. I will be there every step of the way to answer any and every question.

Qualification
If you haven't already talked with a lender, I will send you to a couple of lenders and you will be able to choose who works best for you. From there, they can give you a game plan for your financials which is one of the most important part of the process.

You've found the home!
Now that you've found the home you want to purchase, that's when my expertise comes in. I can help you work your offer in the best way to make yours stand out. Each home and seller are going to be different so I try to make sure to get as much information as possible to write the best offer.

Closing
You have successfully gone through a real estate transaction! I will be at the closing signing with you as well as the title officer. After we get the clear to close and the house is now yours you I would love to be the one to personally hand you the keys.
